We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize website content and structure to improve SEO rankings and organic reach.
• Manage and grow social media channels through regular, engaging posts and community management.
• Create and curate high-quality, relevant content for blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
• Use Canva and Figma for designing basic creatives and collaborating on visual content.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers for cohesive campaign execution.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing (min. 1 year preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
• Familiarity with content tools like Canva, Figma, and WordPress or similar CMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
