Summary:
The SEO Specialist will drive our online visibility by supporting our internal and external digital strategies. Key responsibilities include optimizing content for search engines, conducting keyword research, and analyzing web analytics to improve organic traffic and conversion rates. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and content teams to develop SEO-driven strategies, optimizing website architecture, and implementing on-page and off-page SEO practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings.
- Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs.
- Using google analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.
- Creating high-quality SEO content.
- Developing, monitoring, and managing WordPress website.
- Assisting with blog content.
- Leading keyword research and optimization of content.
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in SEM.
- Promote communications and marketing materials through appropriate social channels.
- Ensure that all communications and marketing material aligns with brand standards.
- Work with communications team members to conceptualize and implement communications strategies and campaigns.
- Create and build awareness of the organization or client's brand to boost the success of marketing campaigns and sales.
- Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to perform other duties as and when requested by the reporting authority.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Graphic designing, or relevant field.
- Experience: 2-3 year’s proven experience as an SEO specialist or in a marketing role.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate SEO strategies, recommendations, and results to internal teams and clients.
- Technical SEO Skills: Proficiency in technical aspects of SEO, including website architecture, crawlability, indexing, and site speed optimization.
- Keyword Research: Ability to conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases with high search volume and low competition.
- On-Page Optimization: Knowledge of on-page optimization techniques, including optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and content for target keywords.
- Off-Page Optimization: Understanding of off-page optimization strategies, such as link building, guest blogging, and social media engagement, to improve website authority and rankings.
- Content Creation: Ability to create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and meets user intent.
- SEO Tools: Familiarity with SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, to analyze data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret SEO data, metrics, and trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify SEO issues, diagnose root causes, and develop effective solutions to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
