Key Responsibilities:
On-Page Optimization
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs
- Improve website structure, internal linking, and content alignment
- Ensure all on-page elements follow the latest SEO standards
Off-Page Optimization
- Execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks
- Manage outreach activities, guest posting, and directory submissions
- Monitor and maintain a healthy backlink profile
Technical SEO
- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues
- Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations
- Optimize website speed, mobile friendliness, and overall performance
Analytics & Reporting
- Track keyword rankings, traffic metrics, and user behavior
- Prepare detailed SEO performance reports
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., for monitoring
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Additional Competencies:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with content marketing and social media strategies is an advantage
