Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented On-Page SEO Specialist with 4+ years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and a proven track record of improving website visibility through on-page strategies. You will play a key role in optimizing content, improving site structure, and driving organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement technical and on-page recommendations

· Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure

· Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content creation

· Analyze user behavior and optimize pages for engagement and conversions (CRO principles)

· Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog for ongoing optimization

· Monitor keyword rankings, page performance, and traffic trends

· Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes

· Work with developers and designers to ensure SEO requirements are met

· Improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall UX from an SEO perspective

Requirements:

· 2+ years of proven experience in On-Page SEO

· Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS

· Expertise in tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

· Deep understanding of keyword research, site structure, and content optimization

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates

· Strong communication skills and the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
