SEO Executive

Job Title: SEO Executive (Off-Page Focus)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive with hands-on experience in Off-Page SEO activities and a solid understanding of On-Page SEO fundamentals. The candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and building high-quality backlinks using ethical SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

Off-Page SEO (Primary Focus):

• Execute and manage off-page SEO activities such as:
• Link building
• Guest posting
• Blog outreach
• Business listings
• Directory submissions
• Forum posting
• Social bookmarking
• Build high-quality, relevant backlinks according to Google guidelines.
• Identify link-building opportunities through competitor analysis.
• Monitor backlinks and remove or disavow toxic links when required.
• Track keyword rankings and off-page SEO performance.

On-Page SEO (Knowledge Required):

• Basic understanding of on-page SEO factors such as:
• Meta titles and meta descriptions
• Header tags (H1, H2, H3)
• URL structure
• Internal linking
• Keyword placement and optimization
• Coordinate with content and development teams for on-page SEO implementation.
• Assist in on-page audits and optimization recommendations.

Requirements & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Off-Page SEO.
• Strong knowledge of white-hat link-building techniques.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of On-Page SEO.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz (any)
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Good communication and outreach skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• SEO certification is a plus.
• Experience in handling multiple projects/websites.
• Knowledge of local SEO is an added advantage.
