Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SEO Executive to manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic through best SEO practices.

On-Page SEO

· Perform keyword research and mapping aligned with business goals

· Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and website content

· Improve internal linking structure and URL optimization

· Ensure SEO-friendly content implementation in coordination with the content team

Off-Page SEO

· Plan and execute link-building strategies

· Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links

· Conduct outreach for guest posts, citations, and brand mentions

Technical SEO

· Conduct technical SEO audits (crawl issues, indexing, Core Web Vitals)

· Coordinate with developers to implement technical SEO fixes

· Optimize site speed, mobile usability, structured data/schema, and XML sitemaps

Analytics & Reporting

· Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions

· Use tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs/SEMrush for performance evaluation

· Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports

· Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field

· 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience

· Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

· Experience using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)

· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
