Job Title: SEO Specialist
Salary: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 70,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: DHA Phase 3, Sector Y, Lahore

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented SEO Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving organic search performance, increasing website visibility, and implementing effective SEO strategies that deliver measurable growth and long-term results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content optimization opportunities.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.
• Execute off-page SEO initiatives such as link building, outreach, and authority development.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Work closely with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all digital assets.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong command of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and backlink building.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bonus: Experience in writing or optimizing SEO-focused content.
