About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in organic growth strategy, technical SEO, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — optimizing content for AI-driven search experiences like Google SGE, ChatGPT, and other generative search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
• Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content architecture
• Conduct technical audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
• Improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics
• Build and execute link-building strategies
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using analytics tools
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO implementation
• Optimize content for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), including:
• Structuring content for AI summaries
• Schema markup and structured data implementation
• Entity-based optimization
• Featured snippet & zero-click search optimization
• AI-driven query intent mapping

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Understanding of structured data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals
• Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies
• Familiarity with AI search trends and conversational query optimization
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
