Job Opening: SEO Executive (AEO & GEO Mandatory)

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven SEO Executive with hands-on experience in traditional SEO along with a strong understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

The ideal candidate should understand how search is evolving with AI-driven platforms and be capable of optimizing content for both traditional search engines and generative AI results.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy & Execution
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Implement On-page, Off-page, and basic Technical SEO activities
• Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking
• Improve website rankings and organic traffic
• AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) – Mandatory
• Optimize content for Featured Snippets and People Also Ask
• Implement structured data (FAQ, HowTo schema, etc.)
• Improve zero-click search visibility
• Structure content for quick-answer indexing
• GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) – Mandatory
• Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms such as Google SGE, Bing AI, and ChatGPT
• Create AI-friendly, structured, and authoritative content
• Support brand visibility across generative AI search results
• Ensure E-E-A-T best practices
• Technical & Analytics
• Perform basic technical audits (crawl errors, indexing issues)
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Track keyword rankings and prepare performance reports

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of AEO and GEO concepts (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of On-page and Off-page SEO
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or Shopify
• Good analytical and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,513.08 - ₹32,096.70 per month
