SEO Executive

Red Feather Tech is seeking a results-driven and analytical SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and performance optimization strategies.

The candidate must be capable of independently managing SEO campaigns, improving keyword rankings, and driving organic traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and technical improvements.
• Execute off-page SEO activities such as high-quality link building and outreach.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Optimize website structure, speed, and mobile responsiveness for better rankings.
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of keyword research, backlink strategies, and content optimization.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and website structure (preferred).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
