Job Title: SEO Executive

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and mentoring junior team members to enhance overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO strategy development
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and generate performance reports
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Collaborate with developers and content teams for SEO implementation
• Mentor and guide other employees, providing training and performance feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in content strategy and marketing
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
