Search Engine Optimization SEO Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager based in Rawalpindi. The SEO Manager will oversee SEO audits, conduct keyword research, and develop and implement link-building strategies. The role involves analyzing and interpreting web analytics data and working on marketing initiatives to optimize online visibility and search engine performance. The candidate will ensure that all technical and content-related SEO efforts align with the company's digital marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting SEO Audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues
• Strong expertise in Keyword Research and the ability to select effective keywords for targeted campaigns
• Solid experience in Link Building and knowledge of strategies to enhance domain authority
• Competency in using Web Analytics tools to monitor website traffic and performance
• Understanding of Marketing principles and experience with SEO-focused digital marketing campaigns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the HR consulting industry is a plus
