Job Location:

PWD, Islamabad – On-Site Office
(Candidates must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or willing to relocate)

Job Type & Timing:

• Type: Full-Time (In-Office Only)
• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range:

PKR 25,000 to 50,000/month
(Based on experience, skill set, and performance)

About the Role:

ThePropertier.com is hiring a creative and results-driven Social Content & SEO Executive to join our Islamabad team. This role requires strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, SCO (Social Content Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), ASO (App Store Optimization) and GEO-targeted campaigns.

You will help us grow visibility and listings across Pakistan and international markets including USA, UK, UAE, Canada, and more.

Responsibilities:SEO & AEO:

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO
• Optimize pages for voice search & featured snippets (AEO)
• Conduct keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Google Tools
• Track performance with Search Console, Google Analytics, and reporting

GEO-Targeted Marketing:

• Plan content campaigns targeting overseas markets (USA, UK, UAE, Canada)
• Use region-specific keywords and create localized landing pages/blogs
• Help international users list property on ThePropertier.com

Backlinks, DA/DR Management:

• Build high-authority backlinks to boost Domain Authority (DA) and Domain Rating (DR)
• Monitor and improve backlink profiles using tools like Ahrefs
• Conduct competitor link analysis and outreach

Content Writing & Blogging:

• Write SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, app store listings, and property descriptions
• Develop content calendars and generate engaging topics
• Align writing with real estate trends and user search intent

Social Content Optimization (SCO):

• Optimize social media posts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Craft keyword-rich captions, descriptions, tags, and hashtags
• Help improve social media visibility, engagement, and reach

Canva Design:

• Create eye-catching banners, thumbnails, stories, and ads using Canva
• Maintain consistent visual branding across platforms

Reporting:

• Provide weekly reports on SEO, SCO, and content performance
• Suggest improvements to boost ranking and engagement

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content roles
• Strong skills in SCO, SEO, AEO, GEO, and ASO
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Google tools
• Excellent English writing skills for blogs, ads, and web content
• Basic to intermediate Canva design experience
• Experience optimizing social content for reach and discovery
• Bonus: Background in real estate, tech, or classified platforms
