Job Title: SEO Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage search engine optimization activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing organic search rankings, driving website traffic, and improving overall visibility on search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for targeted keywords.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing, crawlability, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Build high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO campaigns.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry practices.
• Prepare SEO performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management (basic).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
