SEO Executive - Urgent Hiring

We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive with strong expertise in managing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a software house, driving organic growth, and improving rankings across search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, etc.).
• Execute off-page SEO activities including link-building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, and site speed.
• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and industry best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional SEO experience in a software house or IT services company.
• Strong knowledge of Google algorithms and ranking factors.
• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Knowledge of WordPress, CMS platforms, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills to work with international clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with international SEO and targeting multiple geographies.
• Familiarity with content marketing and its impact on SEO.
• Understanding of local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
