SEO Expert

i3MEDIA is looking for a results-driven SEO Expert to join our digital marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving organic growth for client campaigns.

You will be responsible for auditing, planning, and executing SEO strategies that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have strong technical SEO knowledge, on-page and off-page optimisation skills, and a deep understanding of how to adapt strategies in line with Google algorithm updates.

A data-led mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across multiple industries are essential for this role.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve site health.
• Optimise websites for maximum visibility, rankings, and organic traffic growth.
• Carry out keyword research and map keywords effectively to landing pages.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Build and maintain high-quality backlink profiles.
• Monitor and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and account managers to align strategies.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Present SEO findings and strategy updates to clients clearly and confidently.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and indexing.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage but not essential.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, ideally within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in improving organic visibility and conversions for both B2B and B2C clients.
