SEO Expert (On-Site)

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Expert to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and passionate about achieving measurable results through advanced SEO practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
• Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for on-page, off-page and technical SEO best practices.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, ensuring strong SEO performance and consistent NAP data.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to identify ranking opportunities.
• Diagnose and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexation, page speed, schema, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all projects.
• Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing actionable insights and monthly reports.
• Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry developments to ensure ongoing growth and compliance.

What You Need:

• 2-4+ years of proven experience in SEO with measurable success in improving rankings and organic growth.
• Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms, indexing, and ranking factors.
• Hands-on experience with major SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for on-page and technical improvements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
