SEO Expert (onsite)

Jantrah Tech is a growing digital marketing and web solutions company that helps brands strengthen their online presence through SEO, paid campaigns, and data-driven marketing strategies. We are currently looking for a dedicated SEO Team Lead to manage our onsite SEO team and contribute to long-term client success.

Role Overview

As an SEO Team Lead, you will support the SEO department, oversee project execution, and assist in developing effective strategies to improve organic search performance. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO along with leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and mentor the SEO team, including SEO executives, content writers, and outreach specialists
• Support the development and execution of SEO strategies for local, national, and eCommerce projects
• Assist with keyword research, website audits, and content optimization
• Oversee both on-page and off-page SEO activities
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
• Monitor performance metrics such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and new SEO tools

Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results
• Experience coordinating small teams or handling client communication is a plus
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and SurferSEO
• Basic understanding of WordPress, Shopify, HTML, and website architecture
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
