What You’ll Do

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, and conversions, ensuring strong ROI.
• Manage and allocate high advertising budgets effectively.
• Handle Google and Meta Ads campaigns, ideally with real estate industry experience.
• Analyze performance data, prepare insightful reports, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate closely with our creative team to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Implement on-page and technical SEO to boost visibility and rankings.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and web development (real estate experience preferred).
• Proven track record in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Immediate joiner – available to start right away.
• On-site role – based in our JLT office (no remote option).
