Job Description

Type of position : Full-time, Permanent, Onsite

Your tasks:

• As Teamlead Website Content & SEO you lead and motivate a team of dedicated SEO & Content Managers
• Together with the team, you will take over the operational and strategic website support of your brand(s) with a special focus on conversion rate optimization & SEO
• Together with external service providers and your team, you continuously improve the quality and performance of the most important landing pages
• You support the analysis, monitoring and interpretation of economic and SEO-relevant KPIs and can derive corresponding, data-based recommendations for action
• With the help of existing data and user research, you will set up theses on performance optimization, test them via A/B testing and derive recommendations for action
• You help to promote personalization measures on the website and are the contact person for the website on the content side
• You regularly benchmark best practices in the competitive environment
• You work closely with the various marketing teams such as online marketing, sales, CRM, brand marketing and creation

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in SEO, website content, UX and/or conversion rate optimization
• In-depth knowledge of current developments and how search engines work
• Professional competence in dealing with the most important web analysis and SEO tools
• You are confident in the conception, creation and optimization of website content
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is an advantage
• You are willing to familiarize yourself with new technologies independently
• You have a real hands-on mentality
• In-depth knowledge on on-page and off-page SEO
• You work independently, result-oriented and reliably & always keep a clear head even with larger workloads.
• You are characterized by a confident and convincing demeanor
