SEO Lead – Growth & Performance

A scaling, consumer-facing global platform is strengthening its growth engine and is hiring a Growth Lead to take full ownership of demand generation from Bahrain. This role exists to build predictable, high-intent demand at scale, with SEO as the core growth lever and performance marketing used deliberately to accelerate outcomes.

This role is based in Bahrain and is open to Bahraini nationals only.

The Role:

This role owns the top of the funnel end to end. You are responsible for how demand is created, how markets are expanded, and how growth compounds over time.

SEO is not a channel here. It is the foundation of long-term growth. Performance marketing exists to support and accelerate it, not replace it.

You will operate as the central brain for growth, setting priorities, building systems, and making clear, data-backed decisions across organic, paid, and funnel quality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the global SEO growth strategy across cities, countries, institutions, properties, and search-driven hub pages.

• Defining what pages must exist, where scale is required, and how coverage expands market by market.

• Building and maintaining the full keyword and demand universe across regions.

• Designing and owning programmatic SEO systems, including templates, frameworks, and expansion logic.

• Setting rules for internal linking, indexation, and depth of coverage to ensure scalable, systematic growth.

• Owning performance marketing strategy across search-led paid channels, including spend direction and landing page strategy.

• Managing and scaling performance execution via agencies and, over time, internal capability.

• Owning demand quality across the funnel, from traffic through to booking signals.

• Working closely with product and revenue leaders to improve landing pages, flows, and conversion efficiency.

• Owning growth dashboards and reporting, identifying what works, what wastes budget, and where to double down.

• Making fast, confident growth decisions backed by data, not vanity metrics.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 6+ years’ experience in SEO-led or search-driven growth roles.

• Proven experience scaling SEO systematically across multiple markets.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, particularly search-led paid channels.

• Experience owning growth outcomes, not just managing channels.

• Comfortable leading agencies and evolving teams as the function matures.

• Highly analytical, structured, and outcome-focused.

• Able to operate independently with founder-level ownership and accountability.
