About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager who can lead SEO strategy, manage a small team, and grow our digital presence. If you know how to rank content, build backlinks, and keep up with the latest SEO/AI trends — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies for blogs, landing pages, and web content.
• Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content that ranks on search engines.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap studies.
• Manage and mentor SEO executives/content writers.
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
• Build backlink strategies and outreach campaigns to improve domain authority.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and AI-driven search trends.
• Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to improve website performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO & content strategy.
• Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA, GSC, etc.).
• Content writing & editing skills with keyword optimization.
• Experience leading/managing a small team.
• Good communication skills (written & spoken English).
• Awareness of AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) is a plus.
