Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies to increase Alice Blue’s organic visibility and rankings.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis using Ahrefs, Semrush, and other SEO tools.
• Manage on-page optimization (meta tags, headers, schema, internal linking, keyword mapping).
• Execute off-page SEO and link-building campaigns to build authority.
• Perform technical SEO audits to improve crawlability, indexation, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Work closely with the content, product, and development teams to align SEO best practices.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, organic traffic trends, and ROI.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies proactively.
• Lead and mentor junior SEO executives to deliver consistent performance.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience in SEO, with demonstrable results in organic traffic and ranking improvements.
• Hands-on expertise in Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience working on high-traffic websites and competitive industries.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
