Shopify Manager – iPhone Case Category

We are looking for a results-driven Shopify Manager to scale our premium iPhone case brand across online platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in e-commerce product research, paid advertising, and operations, with a proven ability to grow revenue, optimize costs, and improve overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Research & Listing
• Research and identify trending iPhone case designs and variants.
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Shopify and marketplaces.
• Revenue Growth & AOV Improvement
• Increase daily orders and overall revenue.
• Develop strategies to boost average order value (AOV).
• Meta Ads & Paid Marketing
• Run, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to maximize ROAS.
• Plan and test other advertising channels for sustainable growth.
• Cost Control & Operations
• Reduce shipping costs, product costs, packaging costs, and return-to-origin (RTO).
• Improve delivery success rate and logistics efficiency.
• Business Development
• Develop and implement ad strategies to expand customer acquisition.
• Work on retention strategies (remarketing, automation, loyalty programs).
• Provide insights and reports on campaign performance and sales growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Shopify stores in the iPhone accessories or mobile cases category preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and experience handling 6–7 figure monthly ad spends.
• Familiarity with other ad platforms (Google, marketplaces, influencer marketing) is a plus.
• Ability to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including shipping, RTO, and cost optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to drive measurable results.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
