About the Role

We are hiring SEO Manager (Organic Growth Manager – AEO SEO)

to lead, plan, and execute the full organic growth strategy for TheSkinFit.com and its brands.
This role demands a sharp, hands-on leader who can strategize, plan, and deliver; ensuring every initiative directly contributes to visibility, rankings, and business growth. You’ll work with writers, developers, and marketing teams to turn SEO strategy into measurable impact on traffic and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute the organic growth roadmap, covering technical SEO, content, and authority building.
• Design KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and monitor delivery across all SEO functions.
• Conduct detailed technical audits; crawlability, indexation, site structure, Core Web Vitals, and schema.
• Implement semantic SEO, EEAT, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to align with AI-driven search and voice discovery.
• Plan and oversee content clusters, internal linking, and entity-based optimizations to strengthen topical authority.
• Drive link acquisition, brand mentions, and off-page growth through white-hat methods.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate SEO best practices into content creation, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Track performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including 2+ years managing teams or large projects.
• Strong understanding of semantic SEO, EEAT, structured data, and AEO/AI search models.
• Proficiency in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and related analytical tools.
• Strong technical foundation ; site architecture, crawl budget, page speed, and schema implementation.
• Capable of setting and owning KPIs, leading delivery, and ensuring measurable organic growth.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to translate SEO results into business impact.
