Job description:
Responsibilities:
· Conduct advanced keyword research, including semantic clustering, topical authority mapping, and intent analysis.
· Optimise meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content structure for maximum relevance.
· Perform in-depth technical SEO audits to identify crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals issues.
· Monitor and improve site speed and mobile-first performance using PageSpeed Insights.
· Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns through digital PR, outreach, and partnerships.
· Analyse website traffic, rankings, and user behaviour via GA4, Google Search and Console.
· Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, Google's E-E-A-T framework, and AI-driven search changes (SGE/AI Overviews).
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO (crawlability, rendering, etc.).
· Troubleshoot and resolve SEO issues rapidly as they arise in a fast-moving digital environment.
· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
· In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
· Solid understanding of all SEO pillars: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
· Proficiency in technical SEO fundamentals, including XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, canonical tags, redirect management, hreflang, and meta tags.
· Hands-on experience with a range of SEO tools including GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) — preferred but not essential.
· Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, Google's E-E-A-T framework, and AI-driven search changes (SGE/AI Overviews) and AI-assisted SEO tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
· A team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to work cross-functionally.
· A continuous learner who is passionate about staying up to date with SEO trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO management experience or a similar role.
· Demonstrated track record of improving organic search rankings and delivering measurable results.
· Any recognised SEO or digital marketing certification (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO, SEMrush Academy) is a plus.
Location: Hybrid
Time: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in SEO
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lahore
