Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute our organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on and strategic experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with a solid understanding of emerging AI-driven search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
This role requires someone who can think strategically, analyze performance data, and implement scalable SEO initiatives that improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Lead on-page SEO efforts including content optimization, keyword strategy, metadata, and internal linking.
- Manage off-page SEO and backlink strategies, including outreach and authority-building initiatives.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues related to indexing, site speed, crawlability, and structure.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using SEO tools.
- Monitor rankings, traffic trends, and conversion metrics, and provide regular performance reports.
- Implement and experiment with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
- Identify opportunities to optimize content for AI engines such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and similar platforms, including leveraging communities, forums, and content ecosystems where relevant.
- Stay updated on SEO and AI search trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in SEO with a strong strategic focus.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end SEO campaigns.
- Off-page SEO and backlinks
- Keyword research and search intent
- Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and modern AI-driven search trends.
- Experience using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with content marketing teams or leading SEO content strategy.
Experience in community-driven SEO strategies (forums, Reddit, etc.).
Understanding of conversion-focused SEO and user behavior.
we need someone with AT LEAST 4-5 years of SEO experience, working in managerial roles (ideally), leading team, strong communication in English mandatory, and should have experience with various sides of SEO (on page, off page, backlinks), and also should have experience in AEO + LLM optimisation (ChatGPT etc), along with experience running Google Search Ads for service-based businesses and agencies.
40-50k for Part time. 4hrs/day
- We need at least 4-5 years of experience. The more experience it is, the better. If someone only has 1-2 years of experience, they won’t work.
- They must have good communication skills and professionalism on Zoom. If they are not able to communicate properly in English - then they don’t qualify for this role.
- We need someone who has a strong understanding / expertise in AEO / LLM Optimisation. So you need to ask them deeply what projects they did, what their approach is, etc. Note this down properly in interview reports - as if someone is clueless about it, and has no results, then they won’t work.
- They should have a track record of working on lots of different SEO projects in different niches, with proper results they can share, in terms of improved search rankings, improved appearance on LLM / AI engines, etc.
- We need someone who has management experience as well - not just working as part of a team, but leading teams, building SEO teams, etc.
- Google Ads Experience - Ideally, we need someone who has strong expertise in Google search ads as well, and has done several projects over the years. It would be best if they have run Google search ads for agencies (high ticket offers), not just Ecommerce and smaller projects. So ask deeply about Google Ads experience, and try to see on their LinkedIn if they mention it or not. If they mention both Google Ads + SEO, that will be ideal applicant. There can be a rare situation where a person fits all criteria, great communication, but doesn’t have much experience in Google Search Ads - we can consider that on a case by case basis.
We can also consider hiring a person separately for Google Search Ads, on a part-time basis, so can keep an eye on those kinds of people as well. Try sending some InMails, connection requests and headhunt for the right people who have expertise in SEO + Google Ads both.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
