Role Overview

We’re hiring an SEO Marketing Specialist to boost our digital presence and ensure Dhyaan consistently ranks at the top of Google searches for real estate in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai. You’ll be hands-on with keyword strategy, website optimization, and SEO campaigns, working closely with our marketing and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and build SEO strategies for real estate projects.

• Optimize website pages, blogs, listings, and VR content for higher rankings.

• Manage on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking).

• Assist in off-page SEO—directory submissions, backlinks, PR mentions.

• Track SEO performance through Google Analytics & Search Console.

• Create monthly SEO reports and share actionable insights.

• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and sales teams to align content.

Requirements

• 1+ year of SEO experience (agency or real estate background preferred).

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs (basic level is fine).

• Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and link building.

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Eager to learn and adapt to new AI + VR-driven marketing tools.
