Job Description:

ClickMasters Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a talented and detail-oriented SEO On-Page Optimization Expert to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website structure, optimizing content, and implementing on-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine visibility and boost organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed website audits to identify technical and on-page SEO issues.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headers, and image alt tags.
• Improve internal linking structure and website navigation for better crawlability.
• Conduct keyword research and implement target keywords strategically across web pages.
• Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog.
• Work closely with developers to fix site errors, improve page speed, and enhance mobile friendliness.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance and rankings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in on-page SEO and technical optimization.
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure fundamentals.
• Proficiency in keyword research and optimization techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven SEO decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
