ETR Laboratories is one of the nation’s leading private drinking-water testing laboratories, serving homeowners, filtration companies, real estate professionals, and businesses across the U.S. With rapid year-over-year growth and multiple new marketing channels scaling aggressively, we are looking to bring our digital marketing engine fully in-house.
We are seeking a highly skilled, data-driven SEO & Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Manager who can take full ownership of our paid search, organic search strategy, and digital funnel performance. What You’ll Do
- Manage, optimize, and scale all PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, retargeting, etc.) with full budget ownership.
- Maintain and improve ROAS, CPC, CPA, and conversion performance across all paid channels.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation tailored to well-water testing and home services niches.
- Own ETR’s SEO roadmap: technical SEO, on-page optimization, backlink strategy, and content recommendations.
- Develop landing pages and A/B tests that boost conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with leadership on new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and long-term growth strategy.
- Monitor and report performance metrics weekly and monthly with clear, actionable insights.
- Work cross-functionally with our content team, lab experts, and marketing partners to create a cohesive funnel strategy.
- Stay current on algorithm updates, best practices, and emerging trends in digital advertising and SEO.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7+ years of experience managing Google Ads and SEO at a professional or agency level.
- Proven history of reducing CPC, improving CTR, and scaling profitable campaigns.
- Experience with conversion-based landing page strategy and funnel optimization.
- Strong understanding of analytics: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.
- Technical SEO knowledge (site structure, crawlability, schema, page speed).
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically — we want an operator, not just an analyst.
- Experience in e-commerce, home services, or lead generation is a major plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
