Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO & PPC Specialist to take ownership of our search engine visibility and paid search performance. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and creatively minded, with a passion for driving qualified traffic and measurable results. You will manage SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns to grow LTC’s online reach and support local businesses in Cumbria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits
  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and ROAS
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure pages are optimized for both SEO and user experience
  • Stay updated on search algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practices
  • Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Prepare and present reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in both SEO and PPC campaign management
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, Google Ads, and keyword strategies
  • Experience using SEO and PPC tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed, results-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
