About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO professional who not only understands advanced search engine optimization strategies but can also lead and manage a team effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who has handled multiple projects, driven measurable organic growth, and managed SEO teams with clear performance KPIs. If you can plan strategy, execute at scale, and lead a team toward ranking and revenue goals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies
• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists and content writers
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO execution
• Monitor rankings, traffic growth, and conversion performance
• Identify growth opportunities based on data and analytics
• Manage backlink strategy and authority building
• Coordinate with developers for technical SEO improvements
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and rankings
• Strong knowledge of:
• On-Page SEO
• Off-Page SEO
• Technical SEO
• Local SEO (if applicable)
• Experience managing SEO teams
• Ability to set KPIs and track performance
• Strong command of tools such as:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Ahrefs / SEMrush
• Screaming Frog
• Understanding of Google algorithm updates
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience working with agencies
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Basic understanding of paid ads synergy with SEO
• Experience handling international SEO campaigns
