SEO Sales Specialist

We are seeking an SEO Sales Specialist to drive sales and growth for our SEO services. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SEO and digital marketing sales who thrives on generating new business opportunities and closing deals. Candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, to nurturing relationships and converting leads into loyal customers. You’ll play a key role in building our client base and developing a sustainable sales pipeline for our SEO services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell SEO services.
  • Identify, extract, and qualify potential leads through your own lead generation methods and tools.
  • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline and sales backlog.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business goals and present tailored SEO solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Report on sales performance, conversion metrics, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in SEO or digital marketing sales — prior SEO industry experience is a must.
  • Strong understanding of SEO concepts, services, and value propositions.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience of different SEO tools.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 75,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission: 5% – 10% per qualified sale
  • Performance-based incentives and long-term growth opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
