SEO, SEM & Growth Specialist

What You’ll Do

* Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies including on-page optimization, technical SEO improvements, and off-page backlink building to improve rankings and organic traffic

* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing) including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance scaling for maximum ROI

* Conduct in-depth keyword research focusing on high-intent, conversion-driven keywords while identifying low-competition opportunities for growth

* Optimize content and website structure for AEO (AI search platforms like ChatGPT, SGE) to improve visibility in AI-generated responses

* Implement Local SEO (GEO strategies) including Google Business optimization and location-based targeting to increase regional visibility

* Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Ads Manager to generate actionable insights

* Improve and optimize conversion funnels (traffic → leads → sales) by enhancing landing page performance and reducing drop-offs

* Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL), improve lead quality, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)

* Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights, trends, and strategic recommendations for growth

What We’re Looking For

* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and SEM with a proven track record of generating qualified leads and scaling campaigns

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance

* Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console with practical experience in managing performance campaigns

* Solid understanding of SEO tools, keyword research techniques, and ranking strategies for competitive industries

* Awareness of AI search trends (AEO) and evolving digital marketing practices to stay ahead of industry changes

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver results under deadlines
