SEO / SEM Specialist

We’re seeking a performance-driven SEO/SEM Specialist to take ownership of our search marketing strategy. You’ll use your expertise in SEO, keyword research, PPC, and analytics to boost website traffic, improve rankings, and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other paid search platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engines.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO and SEM.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO, and search engine ranking factors.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website structure is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends, algorithms, and digital marketing strategies.
• Google Ads or Analytics certification is a plus.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
