SEO Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to help enhance our online presence, increase visibility to local families, and ensure our digital content reflects the high standards of our care and education services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to the childcare/early education sector
• Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize website content for search engines
• Manage on-page SEO (meta tags, image optimization, internal linking) and technical SEO (site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing issues)
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
• Work closely with content creators and marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to all digital content
• Identify and recommend opportunities for growth through local SEO (e.g., Google Business Profile, local citations, reviews)
• Track and report on key SEO metrics and KPIs with regular performance updates
• Understanding of website performance factors including speed, responsiveness, and UX
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Familiarity with local SEO practices and optimizing for “near me” searches
• Understanding of content marketing strategies and social media integration
