SEO Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions across all digital platforms. Experience with content optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO is essential. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS/eCommerce platforms is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content teams
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for SEO
• Perform ongoing technical site audits, identify issues, and recommend fixes
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO best practices on websites built on WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Conduct backlink analysis and outreach to improve domain authority
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve rankings and user experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, link building, and content optimization
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS/eCommerce platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure (preferred)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with structured data/schema markup
• Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Experience working in a digital agency or eCommerce environment
• Google Analytics and/or SEO-related certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Yoast)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
