SEO Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in driving organic growth and optimizing website performance. Candidates with eCommerce experience will be given strong preference. This role requires an analytical, data-driven, and creative professional who can manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website structure, content, and landing pages for maximum visibility and ranking.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO, including backlink building strategies.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Support eCommerce initiatives with SEO-focused strategies to enhance product discoverability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong preference for candidates with eCommerce SEO experience.
• Proven track record of improving website traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Magento, or similar).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
