SEO Specialist

We are looking for Local SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team at CS Soft Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd.

Experience Required: 3-4yrs

Required Skills:

Local SEO

• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP) for multi-location or single-location businesses.
• Proficiency in local keyword research and targeting for location-based queries.
• Building and managing local citations and ensuring NAP consistency across all directories and platforms.
• Implementation of GBP posts, Q&A, and review management strategies to enhance local visibility and engagement.
• Understanding of local ranking factors, map pack optimization, and geo-targeted landing pages.
• Ability to analyze local performance metrics using GBP Insights, Search Console, and GA4.

On-Page SEO

• Optimization of title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking with a local intent.
• Creation and optimization of location pages, service area pages, and schema markup for local businesses.
• Keyword mapping and competitor analysis tailored to local search visibility.

Technical SEO

• Conducting technical site audits (Screaming Frog, SEMrush) and resolving crawl or indexation issues.
• Understanding of site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and mobile optimization for local search performance.
• Managing sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data for local entities.

Off-Page SEO

• Local link-building strategies such as partnerships, local sponsorships, and citations.
• Monitoring and maintaining backlink quality to strengthen domain and local authority.
• Familiarity with E-E-A-T principles and brand reputation signals.

Analytics & Tag Management

• Strong experience in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking local conversions and engagement.

Tools & Platforms

• Google Business Profile, Search Console, GA4, GTM, BrightLocal, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO implementation.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console for local performance insights and indexing management.
