Position Summary

ALLCPR, a national leader in emergency preparedness education and a Premier License Training Provider of the American Red Cross, is rapidly expanding with over 140 certified training centers nationwide. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our Marketing team.

This role is designed for students or recent graduates who are interested in digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in search engine optimization (SEO). The intern will learn how to improve website visibility, optimize rankings, and drive organic traffic to support instructor recruitment, training site launches, and overall brand growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Learning & Support

• Assist in keyword research and help optimize website content (landing pages, blogs, articles).

• Support the marketing team in on-page SEO tasks (meta tags, headers, alt text, internal linking).

• Learn how to conduct basic SEO audits and report findings.

Content & Analytics

• Help review and edit marketing copy to align with SEO best practices.

• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools under supervision to track results.

• Prepare weekly SEO reports summarizing performance metrics.

Technical & Local SEO Exposure

• Gain exposure to technical SEO tasks such as page speed checks, mobile responsiveness, and indexing.

• Assist in optimizing Google Business Profiles for local SEO.

• Help research backlink opportunities for domain authority growth.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

• Interest in digital marketing and SEO.

• Familiarity with search engines and basic online research.

• Strong communication, organizational, and writing skills.

Preferred (a plus, not required):

• Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

• Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

• Basic understanding of Google Ads or social media marketing.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
