SEO Specialist

Position Title: SEO Specialist (Real Estate)
Location: Head Office, Plot# 55-A, SMCHS, Karachi
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary: We are hiring an SEO Specialist to boost visibility of Dany Tameerat’s real estate projects across search engines. The role requires strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to rank projects, increase organic leads, and improve brand authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research specific to real estate.
• Optimize website & landing pages for high rankings.
• Manage backlinks, directory submissions, and citations.
• Track Google Analytics & Search Console for performance.
• Collaborate with content & marketing teams.

KPIs:

• 30+ keywords ranked on Page 1 within 6 months.
• Organic traffic growth ≥ 30% quarterly.
• Organic lead contribution ≥ 20% of total leads.
• Bounce rate ≤ 40%.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT/Marketing.
• 2+ years SEO experience (real estate preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Technical SEO and content SEO expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
