SEO Specialist

Maxobiz is a dynamic and innovative IT house serving clients in 30+ countries with different Niches. Our dedicated team of professionals collaborates to deliver exceptional design and web development services, enhancing brand identities worldwide. We are seeking a SEO Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO to join our team at our Gulberg 3 office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the SEO team to develop and execute effective SEO strategies for clients, focusing on On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO aspects.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable opportunities for website optimization.
• Implement On-page SEO techniques such as meta tag optimization, content optimization, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility.
• Execute Off-page SEO strategies including link-building, outreach, and content promotion to enhance domain authority and backlink profile.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing website performance using SEO tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform technical SEO audits to uncover and address website issues affecting search engine rankings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure the implementation of best SEO practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and optimization.
• Contribute to broader digital marketing efforts by leveraging your SEO expertise to enhance overall digital strategies.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports detailing key SEO metrics, website performance, keyword rankings, backlink analysis, and traffic trends to the SEO Manager, providing insights into the effectiveness of implemented strategies and highlighting areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO techniques.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Familiarity with white-hat link-building strategies and outreach methods.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO.
• Strong analytical skills to assess website performance and keyword research.
• Excellent English communication skills to collaborate within the team and interact with clients.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt to changing SEO landscape.
• Prior experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• A portfolio of past SEO projects or case studies is desirable.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore (Onsite)
• Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
• Office Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays.
• Salary Range: PKR 50,000 to PKR 75,000, based on experience and skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
