About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve search visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities.

Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for SEO best practices.

Perform regular technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexation) and implement fixes.

Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content aligned with search intent.

Build and manage high-quality backlinks to strengthen domain authority.

Monitor and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.

Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

1–3 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).

Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with paid search (PPC) or social media marketing.

Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization) and A/B testing.

Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot SEO.
