Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist to elevate our organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and strengthen our search performance across all major platforms. This role blends strategic planning, technical optimization, content intelligence, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
- Build content roadmaps based on keyword research and search intent.
2. Technical SEO
- Perform site audits to identify crawl, indexation, and performance issues.
- Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and URL structures.
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical improvements (Core Web Vitals, schema markup, site speed, mobile UX).
3. On-Page Optimization
- Optimize landing pages, product pages, blogs, and multimedia content.
- Craft SEO-optimized titles, meta descriptions, headers, and structured content.
- Ensure content quality, freshness, and compliance with E-E-A-T best practices.
4. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Manage backlink acquisition through ethical outreach, partnerships, and digital PR.
- Track and maintain domain authority and backlink health.
- Analyse toxic backlinks and coordinate disavow files when necessary.
5. Content Collaboration
- Work with writers, designers, and videographers to develop high-value content.
- Provide SEO guidelines for blogs, landing pages, scripts, and long-form content.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities based on user behavior and keyword trends.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, visibility, and user engagement metrics.
- Produce monthly performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
Skills & QualificationsRequired
- Proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with keyword research, technical audits, and analytics tools.
- Comfort working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.).
- Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred
- Experience with UX, CRO, or marketing automation.
- Basic familiarity with JavaScript SEO or SPA frameworks.
- Background in content strategy or digital PR.
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
