Our client is an integrated growth and transformation agency. We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and highly motivated SEO Specialist to elevate the online presence and support the growth strategy.


As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and improve user experience. You’ll work closely with content, product, and development teams to ensure best-in-class SEO practices across all digital properties.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies,
  • Conduct keyword research and identify new opportunities to grow organic visibility,
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and internal linking for search performance,
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers on fixes,
  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversions),
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content,
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house),
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors,
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console),
  • Solid grasp of technical SEO, site architecture, and HTML basics,
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.),
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


Nice to Have


  • Experience with content strategy or copywriting,
  • Basic knowledge of Javascript, schema markup, or CRO,
  • Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools.
