SEO Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :-

1. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

2. Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO / AIO strategies to improve search rankings.

3. Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and URL structure.

4. Perform regular technical SEO audits to ensure site health and crawlability.

5. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.

6. Collaborate with web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new campaigns and site builds.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.

8. Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies and outreach campaigns.

9. Identify and recommend opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and keyword strategies.

2. Proficient in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

3. Experience with local SEO, mobile optimization, and schema markup .

4. Content writing experience is a plus
