About Dwelleo:

Dwelleo is transforming real estate services through technology and automation. We are looking for a highly analytical and technical SEO Specialist based in Egypt to drive organic growth for Dwelleo in the Saudi Arabian market.

This role bridges technical SEO excellence with localized Saudi search intent, ensuring Dwelleo remains the leading AI-driven PropTech platform in the Kingdom.

- Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical SEO Strategy

·       Conduct weekly technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, 404s, and indexing issues

·       Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) with a strong focus on mobile users across Saudi telecom networks (STC, Mobily, Zain)

·       Implement and manage advanced Schema Markup (JSON-LD) for real estate listings and FAQs to win Rich Snippets

·       Manage hreflang tags and URL structures to ensure a seamless Arabic / English experience

2. KSA-Specific Keyword & Content Optimization

·       Perform localized keyword research based on Saudi dialects and real estate terminology (e.g., Riyadh districts and investment-focused queries)

·       Optimize Meta titles, descriptions, and H-tags in native Arabic, ensuring cultural relevance and SEO best practices

·       Conduct content gap analysis by monitoring Saudi competitors and identifying untapped organic opportunities

3. Authority Building (Off-Page SEO)

·       Execute a high-quality link-building strategy targeting reputable Saudi (.sa) and regional Middle Eastern domains

·       Maintain local SEO consistency across Saudi business directories and Google Business Profiles

4. Reporting & Analytics

·       Use GA4 and Google Search Console to deliver monthly reports on organic growth, rankings, and conversions

·       Track Branded vs. Non-Branded traffic to measure brand equity growth in KSA

- Required Qualifications:

·       Language: Arabic speaker (mandatory) + professional English

·       Experience: 4+ years in SEO, including 2+ years managing KSA-focused projects

·       Tools: Advanced expertise in Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console

·       Technical SEO: Strong experience with custom CMS platforms and JavaScript SEO

·       Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of Saudi Vision 2030 and real estate market trends

- Preferred Skills:

·       Experience in PropTech or FinTech

·       Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO

·       Experience optimizing AI-driven or dynamic data platforms
