SEO Specialist / Digital Marketing Executive (Onsite – Rawalpindi)

RSG Canada is hiring an experienced SEO Specialist for its Pakistan office located at Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi (Mid City Mall). This is a full-time, in-office position focused on managing and improving all aspects of search engine optimization and internet marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on SEO experience and the ability to analyze, plan, and execute effective digital marketing initiatives that improve online visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and search trend analysis
• Perform competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Create, optimize, and update website content for SEO best practices
• Optimize website structure, content, and source code
• Develop and execute link-building strategies
• Monitor and analyze web analytics and SEO performance reports
• Prepare detailed SEO reports using the latest industry tools
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve overall digital marketing performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven prior experience in SEO (mandatory)
• Strong internet research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Solid understanding of digital advertising and marketing terminology
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with modern SEO tools for reporting and analysis
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work under pressure
