Our services include course selection, university applications, visa support, document.We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our organic and paid digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in search engine optimization, Google Ads campaign management, content strategy, and data-driven performance marketing.

1. SEO Management

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned with business goals.
  • Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
  • Monitor and maintain technical SEO health (site speed, indexing, crawlability, structured data, etc.).
  • Track organic rankings and continuously optimize for performance.

2. Paid Search (PPC) Management

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), and Video campaigns.
  • Monitor ad performance, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Improve Quality Scores, reduce cost-per-click (CPC), and control overall acquisition costs.
  • Conduct regular campaign audits and performance analysis.

3. Content & Copywriting

  • Develop SEO-driven blog posts targeting high-intent keywords.
  • Create high-converting landing page copy aligned with campaign goals.
  • Write compelling ad copies and extensions to increase click-through rates (CTR).
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and conversion objectives.

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and call-to-action elements.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify improvement areas.
  • Optimize funnels to improve CTR and lower customer acquisition cost (CAC).

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance, organic growth, and ROI using GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use data to refine strategies and improve overall marketing performance.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience managing both organic SEO strategies and paid Google Ads budgets.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing SEO-optimized content and high-converting copywriting.
  • Hands-on experience with industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and the Google Marketing ecosystem.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Active Google Ads Certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable growth outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
