Our team consists of performance marketers, social media strategists, and eCommerce experts working collaboratively to scale brands digitally.

We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to join our team and help our clients grow organically.

Role Overview:

As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and generating qualified leads through strategic search engine optimization. You will work closely with our performance marketing, social media, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Page SEO

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking

- Implement schema markup and structured data

- Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all client websites

2. Technical SEO:

- Perform website audits and resolve technical issues

- Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability

- Work with developers to implement SEO recommendations

- Monitor indexing, crawl errors, and Core Web Vitals

3. Off-Page SEO:

- Develop and execute link-building strategies

- Manage outreach campaigns

- Track backlink profiles and domain authority growth

4. Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools

- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports

- Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversions

- Identify opportunities for continuous optimization

5. Collaboration:

- Coordinate with performance marketing team for landing page optimization

- Work with social media marketers for content amplification

- Align with eCommerce team for product SEO and category optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of experience in SEO

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

- Hands-on experience with tools like:

1) Google Analytics

2) Google Search Console

3) SEMrush / Ahrefs

5) Basic understanding of HTML, CSS (not necessary)

6) Knowledge of Shopify or Wordpress platforms

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and reporting skills

Good to Have:

- Experience in local Seo (GMB)

- Experience in eCommerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

- Understanding of conversion rate optimization

- Content strategy experience
